- Raw materials testing
- Product Developments of Water proofers, Waterproofing Coating, Concrete Aids, Epoxy Grouts & Grouting Compounds, Floor Coatings, Tile, Structural Adhesives & Grouts, Anti-Corrosives/ Protective Coatings, Repair Compounds, Polysulphide sealant.
- Leading and responsible for Product formulation development as per requirement.
- Analyzing feasibility of new formulation development on the area of construction chemical and completing the project as per requirement of management for as per market demand.
- Continual improvement on quality of products and cost reduction by modification of formulation
- Sourcing new raw material and alternative raw material and its evaluation for cost reduction - Managing and assigning team of R&D and QA&QC activities in the lab - Scale up of trial batches of new products for process modification and its application testing - Providing data to prepare SOP’s, TDS and MSDS for new products - Hands on experience in formulation development of tile fixing adhesive, epoxy and PU flooring and coating, concrete repair and waterproofing etc., - Technical support, complaint handling, shade development. - Maintenance of lab equipment and instruments and its calibration
Qualification & Experience
B.Sc+MSc+Phd/B.Tech+ Mtech with 12 -15 Years experience in R& D of Construction Chemicals /Building Materials
Experience will vary for Manager & DGM
