Job Description:

Job Responsibilities:

  • The main responsibility of real estate sales Head is to motivate their agents to close sales. Managers develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale.
  • After training, managers set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve. These goals are tracked through sales meetings that are conducted by the Asst manager.
  • During the meeting, sales managers discuss whether or not the sales team, as a whole, is meeting goals. If the goals are not met, sales managers offer advice and motivation. Sales head may offer incentives and reward teams that reach their goals.
  • Besides supervising sales agents, real estate sales head also perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing    seasoned staff.
  • They also have to prepare Marketing roles may include planning, budgeting and coordinating open houses or other initiatives to develop new leads and increase sales for the office.
  • They also have to attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
  • Assist the team in obtaining the objectives and competently organize and execute the work. 
  • Educating them on new projects, coordinating and channelizing their efforts in order to achieve increased sales and profitability.
  • Managing sales and marketing operations in residential/commercial real estate services and developing marketing strategies for achieving increased sales and overachieving assigned targets on quarterly basis as a team.
  • Establish client base of organizations, associations, social, and corporate businesses through direct and indirect outside and inside sales effort.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key Builders in order to produce group and/ or convention business.

Key Skills:

  • Candidates should have minimum experience of 5 years in managing a team that too not a front line sales team but team leads also.
  • Candidates should have some exposure of managing Branch / Business P&L (Profit & Loss) 
  • Should be techno savvy which means he is able to adapt to new trends fast eg., Comfortable understanding PPC, digital marketing, Apps etc because this is going to be the future for Real Estate Lead generation campaigns. 
  • Team Handling - Most important aspect is not only to manage the team but in fact groom the team and guide them well. Should be tactical in dealing with people and not exert pressure by way of raising his voice or display of aggression on account of being the boss.
  • Managing P&L - This capability will be difficult to find in candidates. However, this is the core. Should value every single rupee spent. Should set benchmarks for return on investment for all actionables eg. Business generated per telecaller against Cost which includes Rent, operating costs etc. and build operating Profit.
