JOB DESCRIPTION :
Handling overall Production, Production Planning, Costing control, Wastage control, Quality Improvement, Material manage properly, Manpower handling & Very important Business Development, Planning organizing, directing & running optimum day to day operations to exceed our customers expectations, develop and drive continuous improvement initiatives, Commit to plant safety procedures, Increasing production assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary cost & maintain current quality standards, monitor operations and trigger corrective actions, Implement 5S & Kaizen activity, stay up to date with latest production trends, best practices and technology. Ensure smooth daily operations, Communicate with employees about performance expectations, collect and analyse data to find places of wastes or overtime, allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to provide optimal results.
Company Manufacturing: - HDPE/PP Woven Fabric / Rolls, Woven Polypropylene Bags or simply PP Woven Bags, widely used to pack materials for grain milling, chemical and sugar industry, HDPE laminated rolls or HDPE Fabric rolls, Manufacturing plain & printed & color PP/Hm/LDPE Bags & Rolls, Polypropylene strapping, pet strapping & fully automatic strapping, BOPP Tape Roll, Manufacturer of HDPE/PP Fabricated Plastic Yarn, Stretch Film.
