Job Description:
Age-Max 50 yrs.
Roles and Responsibility:
This position will be in charge of Corporate Legal Functions and responsible for safeguarding the company's interests and reputation.
Litigation, arbitration, Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and settling legal and transactional documents & agreements, preparing Contracts, Manuals / Policy Documents.
Land matters
Leading negotiations on complex, high value, contracts, and agreements etc.
Deal with all matters related to Litigation, Arbitrations and Trademark infringement and coordinate with outside Counsel for the same.
Keep track of all legal cases and coordinate hearings.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations as well as adherence to internal group policies and procedures.
Undertake research activities to provide inputs on legal matters.
Liaison with both internal and external stakeholders like international clients, business associates, etc.
