2) Product Development, Operations & Contracting/Purchasing Manager

• Purpose: Identify key destinations and the types of products that would complement our current product offerings and revenue growth, ensuring that we purchase at the cheapest price. To oversee all the activities for the smooth functioning & execution of the travel itinerary.

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

• Negotiating with the suppliers and purchasing at the right price.
• Research on new Activities and Places, and build Newer Products and types of travel.
• Ensure complete co-ordination amongst internal and external teams
• Timely handover to clients

Duties & Responsibilities but not limited to this:

• Co ordination with various departments such as ticketing, sales, finance etc.
• Understanding the client requirements &preparing creative & cost effective itineraries
• Contracting with international suppliers.
• Keep a check & compare the rates of accommodation, transfers, etc. through portals and try to get the best rate
• Blocking & booking all the items as per itinerary & client confirmation.
• Preparing itineraries, tour proposals and retention sheet of clients after completion of the tour.
• Competition Analysis on regular intervals.
• Timely & accuracy in preparing retention sheet

Start Date: Asap

Work Ex: Minimum 2 Years.

Salary Amount: INR 30,000 – INR 35,000 per month.

Note: Freshers can apply who are keen , Smart, presentable and confident on Purchasing & Operations. Salary for them, shall be as per industry standards. Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills(Written and Verbal).

3) Jr. Executive - Product Development, Operations & Contracting/Purchasing

We need a Junior level person to assist the PD, Operations & Contracting Manager.

Start Date: Asap

Work Ex: Minimum 2 Years.

Salary Amount: INR 20,000 – INR 25,000 per month.

Note: Freshers can apply who are keen , Smart, presentable and confident on Purchasing & Operations. Salary for them, shall be as per industry standards. Candidate should have Excellent Communication skills(Written and Verbal).
