Job Description:

To increase the Disbursement and Market Share of Commercial Vehicle
Business, Auto Components, Assemblies and Services.
• To ensure and maintain healthy portfolio for Commercial vehicle segment
of Business.
• To build a strong, dedicated team to achieve assigned business targets.
• Appraising deals proposed by Business Executives / field sales team.
• Ensuring the adherence to the policy norms. Maintain minimum deviation
level.
• Rejection tracker preparation and also centralizing the same to understand
trends, any specific area, Business Executives showing concern.
• Monitoring portfolio on a continuous basis, whether any
hub/spoke/pocket/segment/usage/asset/customer grade is showing a
stressed portfolio and hence suggesting corrective action.
• Visits to early delinquency and nonstarter customers.

• Once a month visiting one Hub/spoke and preparing a detailed note on
Total Industry Volume (TIV), market outlook, critical observations etc. Cold
Call require if no any lead is there
• Arrange or participate events (Local or global)
• Arrange meetings and visits with Dealer, transporters, Bus Operators,
concern commercial vehicles parties, Users or Govt. Transport Agencies.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field of Corporate or Brand
Marketing, Product Marketing, Agency Services, and or Marketing
Operations, Filed sales and service marketing.
• Automotive industry experience is highly desirable i.e. OEM or Distributor
• Brand or Product marketing skills
• Strong project management and presentation skills
• Demonstrable track record of working with marketing sales Marketing and
Services.
• Excellent written as well as speaking skill in English, Hindi and desired local
language.
• National and/or international experience required to adequately perform
the duties of the role.

DESIRABLE:
• Broader experience of working in complementary sectors to automotive
e.g. Auto and Auto Ancillaries, Like Tyre, battery, Lub oil, auto components
etc. Agriculture Equipment, Commercial vehicles, Construction machinery
sales experience highly desirable
• Online and social marketing skills
