Sample Materials Planning - without PO ( With PO follow up with Planner)
PR request to Sourcing Team
Sample Materials Ordering (PO Creation , Suppler Master Creation, PO send to Supplier)
Sample Materials Follow up with Supplier
Pilot Materials Planning
Pilot Materials Ordering (PO Creation, PO send to Supplier)
Pilot Materials follow up with Supplier
Update NPD Tracker (Sample, Pilot)
FAR Report follow up with NPD Quality Team
Tools & Jigs Follow up & Validation with Maintenance Dept.
Samples Preparation Coordination with Sample Room Team
Sample Dispatch to Customer
Tools & Jigs Handover to Production Team
Follow up for Process Documentation with Process Team (PFC, PFMEA,Control Plan, Qualification Plan, Tools/Jigs Qualification)
Manpower planning with Production Team
Line Setup follow up with Manufacturing Team (Production, IE, Process, NPD Quality)
PPAP Audit follow up
Pilot run coordination with Production Team
Dispatch to Customer
Note :- Experience need in welding need machine shop releted
Sign Off to Mass production
