Job Description:

Position: Purchase Head / Manager

A dynamic professional experience with Internal Auditor for ISO/TS, TPM 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen etc organisation in Procurement, Global and Local Sourcing, New Vendor Development, Purchase of Direct and circumlocutory material. Expertise in Material planning, Commercial Negotiation, Material Sourcing, Alternate cost effective Purchasing .Techno commercial approach towards product development and outsourcing activity. Proficient in managing Purchase Procurement function, streamlining process/ procedures to facilitate smooth purchase flow for multiproduct and multi location setup. Adroitly implemented innovative cost saving initiative by way of alternate sourcing, developing imported material indigenously. 

Responsibilities :

• New supplier Development and Sourcing of suitable vendors.
• Monthly schedule planning and procured the material as per required and control the inventory.
• Feasibility study with technically and commercially with time frame development plan.
• Inventory control and liquidized non moving material in values.
• Vendor assessment, vendor rating, vendor system and process audit as per plan.
• Customer audit handling.
• Responsible of raw material purchase and subcontracting and consumable purchase.
• Cost Saving activities handled and controlled the prescribed inventory
• Floating RFQ, Costing, Cost Comparison and Costing Approval.
• Negotiation based on Raw Material, Process & Conversion Cost.
