Job Description:
- Mumbai based role/Part of Risk and Policy Team
- Manage val function independently centrally for LAP loan for across country
- Work closely with In House Decentralzied Tech team / Tech Vendors/ IT Team/ credit team/ Business team
- Tech Policy and deviation management
- Valuation and analysis on stressed accounts and detail analysis
- Monthly review of tech val mis/system reports/TM reports
- 10+ years experience in property valuation for LAP loans/Home loans/ property val band from Rs.30 lacs to Rs.15 Cr
- Have managed min two regions from -North/West/South/East
- Have hand on excel with data understanding and analysis
