Opening for Commercial Manager

Job Description:

The commercial manager has to be a CA managing the entire commercial activity reporting to commercial head.

1 Monthly ledger reconciliation of debtor’s / Vendors ledger and confirmation from them. 2. Sales Invoicing/PO Processing 3. Daily Review of Debtors/AR and Follow-up pending Payments. 4. Scheme Working of Dealer/ Distributor/Customer, 5. Day to Day Accounting like Stock Accounting, Purchase Accounting, Sales Accounting etc.. 6. Process of Travel Claims of Employees, 7. Monitoring Branch expenses and advises to branch manager on control. 8. Ensuring all the branch expenses were posted in time and in correct GL 9. Finalization of New vendors with company rate card. 10. Ensure proper & daily accounting of all transactions 11. Credit control, credit appraisal, setting credit limit 12. Issuing credit note & debit note to Dealer & Distributor. 13. MIGO, MIRO, PO Creation & Transfer Order Transaction. 14. New Dealer/Distributor/Partner Registration Process. 15. BC (Balance confirmation) Collection on Monthly/Quarterly Basis, 16. Daily follow ups BBND status. 17. Goods Return Working and execution if any, 18. Daily Updating on PDC/Collections and banking entries of cheques/RTGS/NEFT/Cash. 19. Credit Notes or Replacement Or Refund if required angst Quality Complaint via CRM Portal. 20. Reconciliation of Dealers Accounts/Vendor accounts/Bank & cash, 21. Managing the labour and transport & entire warehouse employee. 22. Bank Reconciliation. 23. Management of petty cash 24. Store & Warehouse Audit. 25. Provisional entry. 26. Marketing PO, Bill checking & booking, 27. Coordinate with vendor & HO for payment Clearance. 28. Monthly Inventory Reconciliation. 29. Insurance Matter/Shortage/Vendor Credit Notes 30. Admin & HR activity Salary/Leave/Attendance documentation.
