JD and skill set requirement:
The Web Design Specialist position will be responsible for making all the changes requested by dealers. This person should be able to work from salesforce queue with good attention to detail and customer experience. They must be able to work in a fast paced environment with handling dynamic changes with proficient in Website designing, UI, UX, HTML and CSS. The Web Design Specialist is responsible making specific changes on the live websites. They must be having eye for details to verify all the changes are reflecting appropriately in multiple platforms (responsiveness) Additional tasks may include taking right decisions and making right judgement to meet customer expectations. The Web Specialist is responsible for maintaining the track of change requests and meet or exceed published lead time goals.

Skills:
* 2+ years of web design experience - proficiency in latest versions of industry standard graphics software, with a focus on Adobe Photoshop & Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS
* Strong typographic and layout experience for web sites and applications, including mobile and responsive best practices
* Proficient in Microsoft operating systems as well as Microsoft Office software
* Excellent graphic design, creative, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Experience working in an office environment & creative production centre
* Attention to detail of design and organization is a must
* Works well under tight deadlines and in a regularly evolving atmosphere
* Ability to work independently without direct supervision
* Online graphic design portfolio with an emphasis on advertising/marketing is required
* Design websites ensuring appropriate website template, layout, imagery, call-to-action, and SEO optimization
* Format and adapt submitted content / artwork and select artwork from an existing client's website as needed
* Develop and execute new creative ideas
* Good visual, verbal and written communications skills
* Must be proficient in all necessary job functions and work with minimal supervision
* Problem solve design and operational challenges to create compelling advertising within a fast cycle time.  
* Fulfil change requests to existing graphics products at our client's request
* Strong command of US English and US Culture
