- Handling Internal, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit.
- Review of Accounts Receivable/Payable Reports and co-coordinating with the team
- Coordinating the preparation, maintenance and filing of projected P&L Account, and Balance Sheet as required by bank authorities and other financial institutions
- Perform detailed account analysis and corporate month-end processing and reporting
- Compile and present detailed monthly, quarterly reports for Management perusal and act as the focal point in preparing year-end
- Performing all activities related to tax management, planning and compliance such as GST, TDS, LBT, Income Tax, and Profession Tax. Preparation of MIS reports and forward to management.
- Responsible for overseeing the maintenance of the Books of Accounts as per standard accounting practice
- Implement corporate tax policies and systems and ensure compliance of statutory tax audit
- Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register.
- Work closely with the tax department to ensure performance of tax planning, client interaction and special projects
- Collaborate with staff on income tax preparation and planning
- Represent clients with IRS, State or other audits
- Review completed tax forms and provide recommendations to junior members of our team when needed
- Research and resolve tax and accounting issues affecting our firm
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing communication and exceptional service.
