Senior Web Developer (ROR/PHP)

Job Description: Senior Web Developer.
CTC: 7 - 15 lac p.a., depending on experience and aptitude.
Required knowledge of Ruby on Rails. However, candidates with experience in PHP and its frameworks such as Laravel, CakePhP, etc may also be considered if you are willing to learn Ruby on Rails. Since we are a financial services company, an aptitude for numbers/maths is required.
An in-person test/interview will be required if your resume is short-listed. This is a Work from Office opportunity.
Requirements (only candidates that fulfill both these requirements will be considered):
- B.Sc /Diploma /BE / MCA / MCS in IT or Computer Science or related equivalent degree or qualification
- Knowledge of Ruby on Rails or any PhP framework
Attributes:
- Honest and hard-working
- 5+ years of experience
- Knowledge of MVC architecture
- Managing code with Git
- Knowledge of MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, Bootstrap, etc
- Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Heroku, AWS and Wordpress would be an advantage
- Willing to work in a small and entrepreneurial team
- Quick joiners preferred
Responsibilities:
- Analyse, design and implement different modular components as per business and technical needs
- Work on frontend as well as backend modules
- Collaborate with stakeholders and other developer(s) to successfully implement business requirements
