Job Description:
Summary Job Responsibilities : Purchase officer
- Outsourcing of maching parts for job work.
- Monthly MRM Presentation with material cost indices/price trends & other required factor.
- Handling all the requirment of casting machining Dept.like cutting tools/packging material and consumble at BPTL
- Regular Written & in-perosnal communication with Management/HOD’s
- Interview,Identify & Qualify new suppliers in order to secure more cost effective sources of products & services.
- Monitoring Supplier performance for Quality/delivery along with rating.
- Cordinating with account/commercial for procedural formalities to complete transaction.
- Purchasing of Capital goods for existing & new projetcs
- Negotiation with suppliers/service providers for best terms & conditions.
- Ensuring all activities is being carried out by converting PR to PO including floating enquiries,Collecting all the offers & comerrcially evaluating the technically approved offers.
- Supplier Scheduling,Development,Evaluation & diciplinary actions.
