Pioneer in formulating sales strategy & ambitious growth plans in-line with business strategy, developing cordial relations with the business clients and achieving highest ever growth of sales.
• Revamp pricing strategy, implemented effective promotional strategies, training a high-performance sales team and helping to boost corporate image.
• Efficient in streamlining efforts for attaining short- and long-term goals of the company; with help of preparing Marketing & Branding collaterals;
evaluating performance & monitoring distributor sales and marketing activities and managing network of channel partners across assigned territories for deeper market penetration & reach.
• Proficient in ensuring effective communication and activities between distributors and sales team to meet departments and company’s overall strategy.
• Creating and sustaining a dynamic environment that fosters the development opportunities and motivates the high performance amongst the team members.
• Strategizing and planning sales process management, forecasting, pricing, key account management, expenses, profitability, and new product development and so on.
• A strategist and implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading business to accomplish company plans and goals successfully
