1. Should have projects background
2. Should have Warehousing/Industrial Experience and have worked in Planning / Program Management function
3. Should have good communication skills (min 3 on a scale of 5)
4. Contracts/Procurement of projects is an added skill
5. Knowledge of Warehouse industry
6. Knowledge of Procurement
7. Scheduling on MSP
8. Understanding on cost plans and cost reporting
9. Budgeting/forecast
10. Cost Management, Budgeting, Forecasting of Civil & Structural works
11. Knowledge of Planning & project management
12. Basic knowledge of Warehousing & Industrial Projects
13. Understanding of MEP – Electrical, HVAC works (Basic understanding would do)
