Job Description:

The Company is one of the pioneer Electric Vehicle Charger OEM since 2016, based out at Ahmedabad. They have Installed EV Chargers of 10000 kW till date for our esteem customer like, Foton, Olectra, and JBM the BUS OEMs, They are proud of being one of the only two approved vendor of Ashok Leyland. They  have EV AC and DC Chargers ranging from 7kW to 360kW for two wheeler, Three Wheeler, Four Wheeler and Heavy Vehicles as well. The  products comply with Bharat (Government of India) & International Standard Protocols. The  products are verified and certified by ARAI (Automotive Research Authority Of India) and CE and we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified company. 

Past Work Industry- Solar, EV Chargers, Electrical Projects, Electrical Panels, or other similar industries.

Requirements: 

  • Should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role 
  • Excellent proficiency in English must (verbal & written) 
  • Enjoy building harmonious, productive working relationships 
  • Good people management skills 
  • Superior knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite including excel, word, and PowerPoint 
  • Should have experience in managing teams. 
  • Experience in ERP is good to have.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for End-to-End service & after-sales process.
  2.  Handle team of service & maintenance department.
  3. Responsible for providing immediate support to the on-site engineer. 
  4. Provide all required documents to on-site engineers. 
  5. Knowledge on various types EV-Chargers, DC-DC Convertors, SMPS, etc. 
  6. Knowledge of different types of Charging Point Connectors CCS, GB/T, CHAdeMo
  7. Troubleshooting of DC Fast Chargers
  8. Manage, prepare, and review the final documents of after-service. 
  9. Update & maintain data of service-related calls, and issues in ERP. 
  10. Look after the pre-preparation of site visits for site service engineers, like a tool kit, require documents, user manual, etc...) 
  11. Responsible for Client communications for required support during testing and troubleshooting.
  12. Responsible to handle service-related calls/requests. 
  13. Responsible for the after-the-production process.
  14. Responsible for final accurate testing & troubleshooting. 
  15. Responsible for preparing and maintaining documents related to QC & Testing & Onsite attended service calls.(RCA documentation)
  16. Responsible for generating reports from the charging analyzer. 
  17. Responsible for communicating with the inspector and clients regarding inspection visits, factory acceptance, etc…
  18. The Engineer has to visit on site (PAN INDIA), as and when required
