- Order Fulfilment
- Completing prerequisites for the next day's productions
- Develop skills to manage employees and troubleshooting mechanical issues to grow into a Chief Dispatch Executive
Tasks & Activities
Order Fulfilment
- Answering the incoming customer calls for order placements for the next day
- Clearing customer questions regarding orders and educate them to go online for placing orders
- Check to see if all the customers (Customers list will be provided) have placed orders on the production website and if not call those customers who have not and remind them about the same
- Printing next day's consolidate production statements and handing it to Department Heads before time
- Printing photo sheets using PHOTOSHOP SOFTWARE
Completing prerequisites for the next day's production
- Completing the inventory checklist, a prerequisite for the next day's production
- Completing the facilities checklist during the end hours of the day
- Wrapping up the next day's employee schedules for their duties and finishing adjustments for their replacements if necessary
