Role Responsibility

Community Management

• Develop and implement community management strategies designed to build engagement
• Develop and manage relationships with individuals in the community 
• Daily communication with the influencers in our community
• Posting, responding and managing the community
• Pitching content ideas (Events, Creative, Exclusive content etc) to the influencers
• Growing the community
• Owning the Talented Talkers social channels and growing them with the right people

Working with the client teams

• Attending internal meetings to make sure campaign objectives are met

 Reporting on activity

• Monthly reports on platform activity
• Campaign reporting and analysis

The Ideal Candidate

Desired experience

• Experience of delivering content marketing or social media campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and how outreach impacts performance
• Proven track record of the targeted build up of an online community

Essential skills

• Excellent online community build up and management skills
• Content Marketing, PR or Social media
• Knowledge of the major social networks (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube)
• Extremely personable with excellent communication skills
• Excel knowledge for reporting
• Ability to work closely with other agency teams
