Job Description:
Duties/Responsibilities:

Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
- Keeps getting events, new ideas, talk to people individually, maintain hygiene.

Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.

Provoke positive culture.

Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks.

Reconciles benefits statements.
-
Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action.

Assists with processing of terminations.
-
Assists with the preparation of the performance review process.

Coordinate with every department.

Schedules meetings and interviews as requested by the higher authority.

Grievance handling.
-
Promote smooth flow in the entire office.

Assists or prepares correspondence as requested.
-
360 degree appraisal.
-
Processes mail.
-
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Objective : is to ensure people are happy.
Need : Very very senior HR (not by age but through process)
Required Skills/Abilities:

Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures.

Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
