Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, TimesJobs,
LinkedIn etc.)
? Short listing the resumes based on the job requirements. (The candidates I have been recruited like Mobile App
Developers including iOS, Android, Kotlin, Flutter etc and in Web Development including Front end, Back end,
Designers, Tester etc.)
? Updated about the technologies of the Client requirements and knowledge of the current trends.
? Conducting telephone and Personal interviews with the HR Manager & Department heads.
? Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job descriptions, completing joining Formalities
