Job Description:

Education : Any graduate , MBA ( Marketing and sales )
Exp: min 5 to 10 yrs exp in selling of residential projects
Work location: on Pirangut road in Pune

Purpose:
Achieve revenue sales target
Follow processes effectively to achieve organization objectives
Engage with customers to deliver a best in class experience

Organization Structure:
Reports to Sales Manager on Site
The sales team reports to Director Sales and Marketing.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Achieve revenue sales target
Present sales plan to achieve individual project wise targets every month
Acquire new customers and brokers and maintain relations with existing clients to drive business growth
Effectively follow processes while achieving targets

2. Deliver a best in class customer experience
Ensure customer’s are attended on time and the complete brand and project story is presented
Respond to customers on time and provide complete and correct information either in writing or in person as requested
