We have opening for Deputy Manager – Service Introduction & Access Management with Tier1 Company in Mumbai
Exp :- 8-11 Years
Salary :- Open to discuss
Working closely with the IT change team to ensure the relevant information is available for CAB and other stakeholders.
Continuous communication with key stakeholders ensuring all tasks in the acceptance process are completed as agreed.
Work closely with the IT Service Desk/IAM and other teams to fulfil customer requests.
Framework & Boundaries :-
- ISO27001/9001, ITIL service delivery framework
Group Information security & technology framework
Superiors
- Day-to-day interactions with Reporting Managers for escalations or reviews
- Weekly interaction with CEO for updates
Monthly one-on-ones with Reporting manager for performance
