Deflashing Supervisor

Job Description:

1. Educational Qualification – Diploma, BE, CIPET or equivalent
2. Knowledge- Required knowledge of Production Supervision
3. Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in Production
4. Salary- As per knowledge

Responsibility: 

1             Production planning of Deflashing, Assembly

2             OEE Monitoring & Improvements

3             Resolve quality issues of De flashing & Assembly

4             Material Handling

5             Manpower Handling

6             Training of new operator

7             Data entry in system / SKY ERP data updation

8             Shopfloor RM & Child Part planning

9             Rejection control, Scrap Control

10           Daily RM Reconcellation

11           Train all workers about safety

12           Document updation on time

13           Follow lean manufacturing activity (Update PQCDSM, Check sheet etc)

14           Required active particiaption in 5S, Kaizen activity

15           Take & complete at least one project per month

16           Individually face various audit & close NC on time

17           Required active participartion in various events orgnized by company
