Mould Maintenance officer

Job Description:

1. Educational Qualification – Diploma, BE, CIPET or equivalent
2. Knowledge- Required knowledge of Moulding maintenance
3. Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in Mould maintenance,
4. Salary- As per knowledge

Mould Maintenance

1.Check & monitor condition of all mould

2.Responsible for all aspects of injection moulding but not limited to setup & tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance & workflow

3.Check & resolve problems of taking & take permanent solution to avoid repeated issues

4.Prepare PM plan & follow strictly

5.Working with outside vendors

6.Update log book on daily basis & take corrective actions for the same

7.Update all details in SKY ERP related to mould maintenance

8.Required quick reply to internal & external mails

9.Maintain & follow history card & take corrective action for repeated issue

10.Check mould spare condition & order if required before any BD Occurs

11.Follow lean manufacturing activity (Update PQCDSM, Check sheet etc)

12.Required active participation in 5S, Kaizen activity

13.Take & complete at least one project per month

14.Individually face various audit & close NC on time

15.Required active participation in various events organized by company

16.Required action plan of monthly losses occurred due to mould maintenance

17.Tool life monitoring (Qty) & inform on time with all details.
