Job Description:
-Position: HR officer:
-Educational Qualification - MBA In HR
-Knowledge- Handling Employee requirement & training Plan, Labor Law, Safety-Related Working, motivational activity etc.,
-Experience – 1 to 2 Yrs. in HR Department,
-Documentation- Working knowledge of PC, salary working, fulfillment law related documentation, ISO Documentation, 1s & 2s etc.
-Salary – CTC 156000/ to 180000/- PA
Responsibilities of HR
1 Monitor daily presently & absentee and late marks & take corrective actions for the same
2 All SKY ERP updations
3 Tiffin arrangement
4 Courier list update
5 Arrange interview & done all joining formalities
6 Exit full & final formalities
7 Fill PF & ESIC register
8 Salary data preparation
9 Check matrix attendance & do if any corrections required
10 Managing all employee shifts & C Off
11 Event planning (Birthday celebration, Dasheera.) celebration, Safety week celebration etc
12 Coordinate for mobile bill, current plans & other mobile related issues
13 Follow lean manufacturing activity (PQCDSM, Checksheet, Unsafe conditions etc.)
14 Prepare show cause notice for misbehavior in company or for other critical issues
15 Update employee data
16 Prepare & follow department wise, employee wise skill matrix chart for all employees (staff + casuals)
17 Prepare & follow training plan for lack of skill points
18 Plan various audits related housekeeping & 5S and take corrective actions for the same
19 Follow employee safety, health & environment in plant
20 Required deep knowledge of labour law & its implementation
21 Can face audits individually & close NC points on top priority
22 Provide all documentation as required by employee ex. Salary Slip, UAN Details etc
