Job Description:

Role:

  • Develop, lead and management of the Coface BI Channel and Partnership programme in India.
  • Support with the identification and implementation of new partnerships aimed at achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration by effectively selling the company's information products.

Responsibilities:

New Partner Channel Development

  • Accountable for identifying new partners and channels that have the potentials to make a significant contribution to overall revenue and enhance the brand across numerous partner categories.
  • Proactively manage the partnership contracts to ensure smooth onboarding, agreed SLA delivery time and the work is delivered in accordance with the schedule of services
  • Implement practices that identify, on board and engage partners to invest in our success
  • Define detailed business requirements and product specifications for both existing/ new product enhancements to existing products
  • Create partner incentive programs that drive loyalty and increase volume of sales in key partner accounts
  • nsure program meets or exceed revenue goals, and work collaboratively with sales and partners to avoid channel conflict and motivate participation
  • Adhere to compliance standards set by Coface and external regulators.
  • Negotiation, follow-up, reporting:
  • Support and/or Lead the commercial negotiation with prospects up to the signature of contractual documents.
  • Agree and align the partnership sales growth strategy with APR BI Head
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop joint messaging, execute campaigns and events to drive channel leads, pipeline and deal progression
  • Work with Partners to ensure strategic partnership is actively promoted and marketed.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve effectiveness of partner program
  • Identify and resolve any issues

Market monitoring:

  • Research and Identify market trends, and other developments, report to appropriate stakeholders to discover new avenues to leverage
  • Create and implement new strategies, tools and processes that will positively benefit the channel partner and Coface.

Communication:

  •  Clear communication with respect to goals and results
  •  Establish and maintain communication links with other internal departments to identify all sales opportunities.
  • Participate in external events organized within India representing the company in the best light for building new business contacts and information sales.
  • Work closely with the local Commercial teams to achieve the highest efficiency of the sales process by following group offering procedures, well-tailored offers and cost control.
