Prodigious is a leading ERP back office application which is currently in client server architecture, handling huge load of transaction in very large scale hospitals in India and abroad. It is a fully integrated application which has very elaborate Materials Management, Finance, Human Resource, Fixed Assets and many more modules. Prodigious as a product is fully parameterized to suit most of the requirements of clients without much of changes.
Software Programmer
Qualification - universal degree in computer science, MCA / BE/BTECH/MTECH of a reputed university essential required, acquired on a full time course.
Experience - >
3-5 years hands-on experience in SQL Server as back end and designing, developing and implementing complex .NET systems. Minimum 3 years working experience as a programmer.
Job Description
The Programmer is responsible for the creation and maintenance of quality software applications which satisfy or exceed business requirements. Provides application development services, complying with the current prescribed methodologies.
Candidate will be a key hands-on contributor in the software product development life-cycle, performing analysis, implementing software architecture and design, development, integration and testing for major, minor and maintenance releases.
- Required Skills
Extensive experience with the Microsoft suite of development tools and languages, specifically:
VB 6.0 , MS SQL 2012, Crystal Reports, XML
- Experience with managing a team developers porting an extensive ERP Application from VB 6 to a mature C# codebase. Experience in porting database and redesigning with normalization will be needed.
- Strong understanding of database design. Working knowledge of the SQL server 2008/2012 , Able to write and debug complex Store Procedures.
- Experience with XML related technologies.
- Ability to write design documents, technical functional specifications and communicate effectively with rest of the organization. Strong attention to detail. Dedication to completing work on time-sensitive projects.
