Job Description:
J.D for the Executive Assistant to the Director
? Managing and organizing day to day tasks of the director.
? Comfortable with taking dictations in either short hand or on the computer.
? Maintain calendar and schedule meetings or appointments for the Director.
? Maintain and update files, and ensure that all confidential and personal papers of the
Directors are properly secures to maintain secrecy and privacy.
? Perform the entire task as Executive Assistant to the Director.
? Set up and oversee administrative policies and procedures for the organizations.
? Perform other jobs related to your duties and responsibilities as requested.
Key Skills:
· A Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree will be preferred.
· At least 6-7 yrs - experience in the same field.
· Must be having computer proficiency like MS word, Excel, Mail correspondence etc.
· Excellent communication skills and collaboration abilities.
· CTC upto 3 L /P.A to 3.25 L / P.A
· Should have the consistency level in the professional career
· Female candidate preferred.
