Position Overview:
We are seeking a leader having a minimum of 10 years of in-depth experience in Broker Support for a traditional broking
company or for ibuying company aligned to the Purchase, REO and Commercial products. As a leader this position has
additional supervisory and managerial responsibilities.
Targeted companies – Altisource, Visionnet more will be added as this research progresses.
Essential Job Functions:
? In depth understanding of Regulatory requirements
? Determine the Buyer/Seller’s needs and financial ability and propose a solution
? Exclusive experience in Property Valuation and Comparative Market Analysis
? Counseling Buyer/Seller on market conditions, prices, and mortgages
? Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc
? Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
? Manage property auctions or exchanges
? Collaborating with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys, and other external stakeholders involved in various
real estate transactions
? Negotiating between buyers and sellers to facilitate contractual agreements that are in the best interests of all
parties involved
? Drafting/reviewing sales and purchase contracts to be completed upon the closing of real estate transactions
? Collaborate with client to ensure effective transitioning of the processes
? Ability to achieve all operational KPI's
? Have monitored a minimum of 10% transactions end to end for Broker Support
? Have achieved a CSAT of 8 on the scale of 1-10: 10 being the best
? Flexible to work in US Shift & Indian Holidays
Qualification/Experience:
? Undergraduate or Bachelor’s degree
? Have written, verbal and comprehension skills of 8 on the scale of 1- 10: 10 being the best
? Advanced research skills
? Workflow development skills
? Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment with problem-solving skills
? Must be a self-starter, team player and have a strong work ethics
