About the Role:
- 8-12 years experience in engineering lead for atleast 4 years
- Has atleast exp of being engg lead for 1 platform / product development
- Experience across product management, front end middleware and backend engineering team management,
- Savvy with modern tech stack react, node, mysql, mongo. aws cloud experience in agile product development and management,
- Great in working relationships with teams - domain experts, developers testers techleads architects etc.
- Proven Experience in security, performance, scalability design for modern stack tech products/platforms. Proficient in designing Micro-services/Web Application/RESTful APIs.
- Experience in DevSecOps implementation projects as architect/lead (designing DevOps solutions, setting up CI/CD pipelines, infra automation, monitoring tools etc.).
