Business Analyst
Job Description:
Participate in gathering and understanding business requirements. Help transform the same into functional specifications for the Application development teams and manage changes to such specifications.
Help develop Product documentation and Training documentation
Participate in gap analysis/impact analysis activities as required. Track and document requirements/findings.
Participate in planning and effort estimation for enhancing specific product modules
Utilize business process methodologies to facilitate the streamlining of design processes through business and technical resources.
Both independently and as a member of the design team, complete assignments of moderate to high complexity and risk, including the collection, analysis and reporting of information from internal and external sources.
Write detailed business and functional requirements in a concise and clear manner to effectively size effort and design technical specifications based on documented needs.
Ability to decompose use cases to appropriate level of detail.
Interact with prospects, clients and industry representatives in gathering business requirements.
Support project managers and solution managers on various projects.
Adhere to quality assurance
Must Have Qualification :
Minimum 3+ yrs experience in Business Analyst Role.
