Senior Manager – Centre Of Excellence (COE)

Working Title

Senior Project Catalyst

Reports to: Head – Centre Of Excellence

Probation Period: 6 months

Location: Pune

Assignment: Full Time

SUMMARY

Design, implement and evaluate management development programs, organizational development programs and organizational development projects in conjunction and with client discussions, requirements and specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify and assess senior level client needs through meetings and review of historical data/documents.
  • Develop an Individualized Service Plan summarizing Client’s context, Awsmosis’ Case and Conceptualization, Objectives, Solutions and Recommendations.
  • Design, Develop and Deliver Senior Level Behavioural Intervention Programs.
  • Monitor on-going program implementation and recommend program adaptations accordingly.
  • Maintain regular contact with the Clients.
  • Manage performance & aspirations of a team of Manager – COE’s.
  • Shaping the business development direction within Awsmosis Learning & People Solutions Pvt Ltd alongside the business development team.
  • Abide by Awsmosis Policies and Procedures.
  • Keep abreast with current literature and research in the field.
  • Attend Awsmosis meetings and other training opportunities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Senior Management Learning and Development requirements.
  • Ensuring all program related MI is updated and available.
  • Hand-hold associate consultant trainers on Awsmosis design and content for all Senior Management programs.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience as an internal or external consultant is essential with specific skills in designing and delivering people development and talent management solutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest trends and best practice in people development methodologies with the ability to communicate these effectively and consistently and to influence at Client/senior levels.
  • Must have excellent project management skills and be able to demonstrate experience of leading complex local/regional projects and managing multiple clients.
  • Flexible approach with the ability and desire to work in a way that is engaging and in line with Impact’s people-centered culture and approach.
  • Flexibility to travel across locations in India for Program Delivery.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of instructional design, analytical and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written skills, facilitation skills, training skills
  • 9 plus years of business training experience
  • Knowledge of Organizational Development theory, preferred
