Assistant Manager –Centre Of Excellence(COE)

Probation Period: 6 months

Location: Pune

Assignment: Full Time

SUMMARY

Design, facilitate, implement and evaluate Junior Level development programs& projects in conjunction and with client discussions, requirements and specifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Identify and assess client needs through review of historicaldata/documents.
  • Design, Develop and Deliver Behavioural InterventionPrograms for Junior Level audience.
  • Monitor on-going program implementation and recommend program adaptations accordingly.
  • Shaping the business development direction within Awsmosis Learning & People Solutions Pvt Ltd alongside the business developmentteam.
  • Abide by Awsmosis Policies andProcedures.
  • Keep abreast with current literature and research in thefield.
  • Attend Awsmosis meetings and other trainingopportunities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

  • Manage the planning, design and implementation / delivery of all Junior Management Learning and Developmentrequirements.
  • Ensuring all program related MI is updated andavailable.
  • Assist in developing Mid-Level Leadership interventions and trainingmaterials.
  • Hand-hold associate consultant trainers on Awsmosis design and content for all Junior Managementprograms.

KEY ATTRIBUTES

  • Experience as an internal or external consultant is essential with specific skills in designing and delivering people development and talent managementsolutions.
  • Excellent knowledge of the latest trends and best practice in people development methodologies with the ability to communicate these effectively and consistently.
  • Flexible approach with the ability and desire to work in a way that is engaging and in line with people-centered culture andapproach.
  • Flexibility to travel across locations in India for ProgramDelivery.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Knowledge of content design, analytical and organizational skills
  • Verbal and written skills, facilitation skills, training skills
  • Two to four years business training experience
