Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Calculate, review, and analyze machine and labor hours, overhead costs and allocations, production rate, raw material costs, manufacturing process changes, etc.
• Determine standard costs by taking all calculations into consideration
• Conduct analysis of actual manufacturing expenses and prepare periodic reports comparing manufacturing costs with pre-determined standard costs
• Prepare costing for products and release reports for review by senior management

• Responsible for all activities pertaining to SAP Controlling module, including system master creation and updating.

• Prepare reports on monthly consumption, sales, raw material moving average, daily stock summary, wastage, transfer pricing, and other reports as directed by Lead PPMC
• Check location-wise production entries and coordinate with Lead PPMC in case of any discrepancies
• Responsible for reconciliation of consumption of stores and spares
• Responsible for valuation of inventory, including non-moving and slow-moving inventory; create provisions on inventory valuation
• Create excise duty provisions on finished goods stock
• Responsible for verification and analysis of changes in inventory GL reconciliation
• Prepare Cost audit reports as required
• Hands on exposure in SAP
