Job Description:
Electrical & mechanical installation, maintenance and commissioning of new machinery.
· Operation & maintenance of LPG plant, Air Compressor, N Generator & Compressor, Air dryers,
· DG Set, Fire Fighting system, Metal detector, battery & battery charger.
· Works on relay logic control circuit implementation & DB panel.
· Cable Laying, Dressing, Punching, Glancing & Termination of cable up to 150 sq.mm.
· Troubleshooting of low voltage contractor control wiring of electrical motor, automatic star delta,
· Series parallel, forward reverse control system of induction motor.
· Knowledge of motor AC drive programing as per requirement.
· Controlling operations of Hydraulic and Pneumatic cylinder, and different types of Sensor.
· Solenoid air valve, Pressure switch, Limit switch, DTC, Timer, Actuator and Vibrator etc.
· Assemble & troubleshoot different types of motors.
· Replacement of machine parts like Bearings, Seals, Conveyors, Belts, Pulleys, Shafts, Keys, and Couplings.
· Gears, Chains and Sprockets etc.
· PU canvas belt pasting, canvas tracking system, direct & indirect burner setting.
· Machinery parts making, cutting, grinding, drilling, tapping work.
· Industrial & residential electrical wiring.
