Hands on knowledge
- Java Spring + JavaScript full Stack - HTML5, CSS3, BootStrap, JavaScript, Angular/React, Java 8, Spring Frame work, Spring Boot, Maven, MySQL / Mongodb, Jasmine, Karma, Junit, Mockito, Cucumber with Selenium, CI & CD with Jenkins and Docker, Working with AWS
Job Description: Key responsibilities and Job duties
- Mentor a team of developers to build and release real products on chosen full stack technology
- Team can be in person on premise OR can be remote
- Given a product idea, decompose the problem, define architecture, prepare detailed design and get the product developed by the participants
- Implement Software Engineering practices like Agile, Test Driven Development, Continuous Integration and best coding practices thru the development cycles
- Run daily stand up meeting to take stock and identify areas to provide additional help / support
- Conduct regular reviews on UI, Code and all aspects of engineering product development cycle
- Challenge the team to take up unsolved problems or complex problems and provide solutions
- Shepherd the technical discussions / sessions thru live problem solving
- Challenge the team to take up unsolved problems or complex problems
- Conduct the technical sessions thru live coding to solve any problems (not just canned)
- Objective is to create full stack programmers thru an immersive product development experience OR thru intensive hands on experience delivery remotely
- Implement Software Engineering practices like Agile, TDD/BDD, Continuous Integration and best coding practices thru the development cycles
Skills / Qualification Required: To perform the Job Description
- BCA/MCA/BTech/MTech from reputed University
- Passion for programming and problem solving
- Ability to think alternates for a given problem and choose best solution
- Uncompromising standards on coding discipline
- Strong understanding the full tech stack (one of the four listed above)
- Ability to create low level technical design
- Proficient in building and deploying solutions on chosen full stack
- Keen interest and inclination to constantly keep updated on new technologies
- Experienced in developing product
- Able to prioritize assigned work and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work closely with developers to get the work done
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
