Job Description:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Must have MS office and computer knowledge.
- Keeping a track of requirement and updating the status to the user departments.
- To plan, source and develop new potentials supplier / vendor
- Negotiations with vendors for best purchase rates and other terms and conditions of supplies.
- Placing the purchase orders to the respective suppliers and doing follow-ups for fast delivery of the goods.
- To maintain documentation in case of rejection/return of material and replacement thereafter.
- To maintain proper records of purchases done recommendation notes, Purchase orders etc.
- To co-ordinate with Accounts Department for payments against delivery and delayed payments.
- Checking the material issuance and receipt of the products / goods.
