- Manage all project related activities ensuring goals are accomplished according to project baselines
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affects the business processes and outcomes
- CAN DO attitude with high energy
- Proficient in managing deliverables with project management methodologies
- Hands-on experience on project management methodology, tools techniques
- Prepare Project Status Dashboard and publish to stakeholders
- Strong stakeholders management
- Identify Projects risks plan for mitigation
- Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate)
Skills Required:
- Requires a Bachelor s or Master s degree and 5+ years of IT experience
- 3+ years of experience in managing SAP Implementation/Roll out/Upgrade Projects
- Relevant SAP Certification would be an added advantage
- Onshore, client-facing experience across a variety of industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Hands-on delivery in major SAP projects
- Strong stakeholder management
- Good Business Change Management or Transformation skills
- Professional Certifications, such as: ITIL, PRINCE2 or PMP
