Costing Estimation / Proposal Engineer in Pune

Job Description:

Diploma or BE in Mechanical, production / Any Graduate(Technical exp) with Min Exp. of 6 to 12 Years experience of Sheet metal Industries is mandatory.

1. Drawing & process study along with GD & T application to different manufacturing process.
2. New product development (NPD), Cost Estimation.
3. Feasibility study & understanding Customer requirement.
4. Supporting the marketing team in preparing the techno commercial quotation.
5. Responsible for costing, estimating and planning projects.
6. Responsible for ensuring best value is obtained for the project including supplier base, use of internal and external resources.
7. Implemented T.P.M, T.Q.M and Kaizen for Process/ productivity improvement.
8. Work on targets defined in Key Performance Indicators.
9. Preparing WPS, PQR, WPQ as per standard.

Knowledge of Following Processes:
Cutting - Laser, Plasma, Gas, Shearing, Punching.
Forming - Bending, Rolling, pressing, Embossing,
Welding - MIG, TIG, SMAW, FCAW & brazing, Robotics welding etc.
Machining - Turning, Boring, Milling, Grooving, drilling, Tapping
Super Finish-Grinding, Honing.
Stress releasing - Hot stress releasing (In Furnace) Cold Stress releasing (Formula 65)
Surface treatment - sand blasting, shot blasting, painting, powder coating, plating.

Salary 6 to 7 Lacs or No Bar for Right candidate.
