Job Description:
- End to end recruitment process (In-house)
- Initial Screening of the Profiles
- Convincing candidates on the respective terms & conditions & Follow up
- Work on deadlines to complete the vacancies
- Complete the joining & exit formalities
- Maintaining Attendance & Leave balance system (Biometric)
- Assist in Payroll Processing…
- Assisting with employee relations & orientation
- Administer company policies and procedures
- Provide internal employee communications regarding compensation, benefits, company policies, etc.
