Looking for Application Support Engineer (ASP.NET) for UK Based Premium Insuarance Company
Location: Mumbai/Pune
Exp: 3 to 5 Years
Skills:
- Support Engineer with .Net Development Expereience
- Good SQL hands on experience
- Maintaining the support knowledge base of standard fixes / issue remediation work instructions
- Investigation and resolution of Incidents within agreed SLAs
- Ownership and coordination of issue resolution across multiple teams
- Proactive Problem Management, analyzing support metrics and identifying root causes
