Job Description:

 

 

Skills:

Required

  • Experience and expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle HR applications. Hands on work experience in understanding primarily Core HR, Talent Management, Compensation.
  • Expertise in Developing HCM Extracts,Oracle Fusion HDL to create and Manipulate Fusion HCM Data.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (integrations). End to end Oracle Integration Cloud
  • (OIC) implementation experience with Oracle SaaS and 3rd Party.
  • Hands-on with development & unit testing of integration components & web services (SOAP/REST) using OIC
  • Knowledge in Standard Oracle Fusion HR Data Structures.
  • Experience in Developing OBIEE and BI Publisher Data model and Reports.
  • Should have hands exp. in Fast Formula, BI & OTBI Reports, Value Set, UDT and personalization.
  • Should have exp. in workflow configuration using BPM.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud security setup is desired.
  • Should have Experience/Knowledge in Reporting, Data Migration and Interface/Integration development using HDL, PBL, HCM Extract, BIP, Web Service etc.
  • Should have exp. of Req. Gathering, Product Workshop & Demo, CRP, UAT etc.
  • Knowledge of HCM REST API / ATOM Feed services.
  • Very good understanding of Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs) and the translation of business requirements into them
  • Experience with change management tools and processes, including source code control, versioning, branching, defect tracking, release and change management.
  • Experience with global implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM.

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in the IT/Technology industry
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and other Modules

Education:

Required

  • Bachelor's in Computer Science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Fusion HCM/Talent Management Certifications.
