Job Description:
Job Summary:-
- Responsible for growth and profitability in the dedicated region business
- Will be Setting up target & client in dedicated region
- Building key growth strategy and clients with long-term contracts/relations considering profitability targets of the organisation quarterly/Annually
Primary Responsibilities:-
- Business growth in the dedicated region with consideration of financial target of organisation
- Building & maintaining long-term relationship with customers
- Achieving sales target in dedicated region
- Branding & Communication
- Strategy BD planning in the dedicated region industry vertical base as per organisation targets
- C-Level Engagements
- Identify /generate opportunity to grow business in dedicated region
- Data mining /Cold calling of potential customers
- Research & collect updated market intelligence on competition/Product/Services and update it to leaders & decision makers of organisation
Industry type:-
- Engineering Services CAD/CAE/RE/Prototype development
Functional area:-
- Business development & profitable growth of organisation in dedicated region.

Candidate profile requirements:-
- MBA Marketing in international business development with good knowledge
- Good Communication skills will be an advantage
- With experience of4-6 years
- Should have good verbal and writing skills, sincere, flexible and adaptable with basic computer knowledge.
- Should be able to decision making as he will lead in his dedicated region
