Job Description:
- Mentor and coach team of Research Executives for effective and safe execution of experimentation plan
- Interpret quality results and revise the experimentation plan
- Procure raw materials as per lab requirements
- Set up lab requirements (reaction assembly, distillation, filtration, reaction work-up, crystallisation) as planned
- Carry out reaction process as per the provided plan, analyse raw material, in process reaction intermediate and product
