PPC Officer
Job Description:
Reporting to: Assistant Manager
Educational Qualifications: Must Graduate / Diploma in MM.
Desired Experience: Up to 2 to 3 years experience in a Manufacturing company preferably in an Automobile industry.
(CTC 15 to 20 K)
Skills Set required/Job Profile :
- Control inventories all items.
- Daily working on Daily / Weekly / Monthly Stock and Shortages.
- Co- coordinating with Quality control and prod. Dept.
- Working on cost reduction of various items, new supplier development.
- Handling all the logistics related problems.
- Controlling on all materials & cost.
- Monitor on a daily basis the tallying of goods received with purchase order and reconciliation of any discrepancies
- Direct and monitor the proper storage of the goods e.g. stacking & binning as well as the proper documentation during a particular shift
- To implement new policies devised by support office in coordination with operations team and/or Coordinate the Manager - Risk Management and Loss Prevention
- Prepare Daily MIS reports and suggest possible improvements.
- Ensure that subordinates are aware and familiar with assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Developing and grooming self & colleagues for future roles
- Maintaining all the standard operating procedures decided by the company
