Job Description:
  • Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the showroom
    • Cleanliness of entire premises, washroom, pantry, lobby
    • Ensure all equipment like computers, ACs, TV, Biometric machine etc are in working condition
    • Make sure all damaged products are repaired and in perfect working condition
  • Provide a great customer experience and increase revenue
    • Make sure customers are comfortable, offer tea, water
    • Make a note of contact details of walk in customers
    • Understand clearly what they need and make sure we offer them the right products
    • Be aware of other furniture showrooms in the area as well as in the city
    • Follow up with for order completion and delivery and post sales feedback
  • Oversee stock and showroom operations
    • Incharge of all catalogues, shade cards
    • Ensure all softcopies of catalogues and company details, logos and other material is upto date 
    • Make order forms when a sale is made in showroom and bulk orders
    • Make sure attendance register, order forms are maintained
    • Make sure store opening and closing process is timely, including switching off all electronic equipment during closing
  • Maintain showroom stock and price details
    • Ensure price lists are updated
    • Maintain weekly and monthly showroom stock
  • Prepare Quotations and proposals
    • Make sure all quotations, proposals and Proforma Invoices are accurate and completed in a timely manner
    • Hard copies to be maintained o Liaise with the production team for execution of the order
    • Ensure potential customer footfall in the store by following up on leads
    • Follow up on customers and potential clients
    • Ensure that we send them all the information (catalogues, samples etc) they need to close on the sale
  • Customer feedback and satisfaction post sales
  • Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
    • Set monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets along with your supervisor
    • Visit potential client offices and sites for meetings
    • Daily reporting of activities including details on calls, site visits, quotations sent.
  • Social Media Marketing & Collaterals
    • Regular updation of product catalogues, creating periodic posters to promote sales
    • Create and implement social media marketing strategy along with your supervisor
