Job Description:

DESIGNATION – EXECUTIVE (PRODUCTION & MAINT.)

Production Planning -

• Analyze and plan production schedules, processes, documentation, tools etc.
• Preparing monthly production plan and circulation and monitoring for achieving the set targets to meet the customers need.

• Planning to procure the raw material for the required production specification wise.
• Recommend modifications to production process.
• Review of Production vs. Dispatches with quality & safety policies.
• Maintain an awareness of developments in the field of production engineering in the area safety & department

objective. Production / Manufacturing-

• Troubleshooting, good hands-on experience in handling latest technology Injection molding machine in process & production,
• Lead Planning process activities as per planning...
• Ensuring the products comply with the required standard (as per work instruction).
• Verifying section-wise process parameters and to ensure all parameters.
• Ensure usages of leftover compounds (semi-finished goods).
• Suggesting Improvement in production and Reduction in wastage.
• Ensure delivery of products as per customers’ requirement with standard specification.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions on internal customer complaints, quality problems and any other issues (CAPA & 8D).
• Preparation of various SAP as regards to productivity, quality, and performance.
• Re-allocating tasks whenever needed to achieve deadlines.
• Inventory Management.
• Organizing Non-Conformity review and action plan (Rework instruction & NC part handling work instruction).
• Achieve & monitoring OEE, EFFICIENCY, REJ LABEL, AVAILABILITY, PERFORMANCE, QUALITY RATE & SCRAP LEVEL as per company target.
• Reduce PPM & improve productivity.

Manpower Planning-

• Notifying the manpower requirement for the production.
• Training & Development
• To assess the training need of the employees regards company policy, dept. objective, safety & standards.
• Ensure proper training of operators as per plan...
• Monitoring effectiveness of training imparted. Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and Goals (OJT);

• Reviewing the performance of subordinates; (SKILL MATRIX)
• Training and guiding teams towards identifying factors critical to quality, reducing
• Process variation, improving capabilities & increasing the productivity with less rejection & downtime.

Project Management-

• Provide the production /planning and control support for new developments.
• Cost Analysis/benefits on the new projects.
• Recommending new projects, activities, automation to improve productivity, cost reduction Drive.
• Related to project discuss with CFT team.
• New Mahindra project.

Documentation

• Daily ISO-TS 16949 & OSHAS, MSES documentation for update & implementation.
• Daily process measurable. (OEE, PPM, REJ % & SCRAP,AVAILABILITY,PERFORMANCE ,QUALITY)
• Daily follow production plan vs. act.
• Every day check & verified SAP entry.
• Prepare & attend 8D & CAPA regards process loss & safety.
• Keep all the record verification ISO- TS 16949 AUDIT, ISO 14001 & 18001.MSES requirement (For EXTERNAL & INTERNAL AUDIT) purpose.

• Actively participated in auditing of ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001, and iso18001 & 5S.
• Undertaking regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.
• Check all document update display proper way & proper place.

Other General Responsibilities OR Day- day activities:

• Analyze and plan production schedules for dispatches in line with the month's business plan.
• Review production against dispatches (plan vs. act).
• Material planning - both RM & Child part (bop).
• Check Nonmoving excess produced FG
• Key in last minute rush orders preferably without upsetting the planned commitment
• Formulating and implementing cost-saving measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in terms of production cost & energy consumption
• Implementation of TPM activities.
• Monitoring Production target, Production Planning, Process measurable as per department target.
• Troubleshooting attends Injection Moulding and Blow Moulding.
• Attending new mold trails for Injection Moulding & Blow Moulding.
• Reduced the rejection level both processes.
• Making monthly QRM data for the present to management.
• Plan Vs Actual achieved without any failure.
• Rejection analysis along with rejection Pareto both process daily and month wise.
• Taken action plan against rejection as per Pareto.
• Making 8D Report for in-house rejection and also customer rejection.
• Cycle time reducing new project parts and also exiting parts.
• Productivity increase without any failure.
• Doing all TS documents and maintain.
• Doing All MSES documentation and Sustain.
• Ensure the Change management report for any new changes molds & Process change.
• Improve OEE as per target and maintain and taken action plan if OEE Not achieved daily and also monthly.
• Train to supervisor Performance maintain by OEE & Rejection daily meeting throw
• Maintain & Upgrade process parameter & setting.
• Making Daily& monthly production planning without any failure.
• Handling the Sequential Hot Runner molds.
• Manpower utilization.
• Weekly implement kaizen.
• Quarterly Implement POKAYOKE.
• Made for all molds SOP.
• Productivity Increase avoids any Failure.
• Increase the operator& Team skill & knowledge
• Handling Materials like ABS, ASA, PP, NYLON, HDPE, HIPS,0 and POM ETC.
• 5S Maintain in shop floor along with team members.
