Executive / Sr. Executive – Maintenance

Job Description:

DESIGNATION – Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive- MAINT.

• Handling Machine Breakdown during the Shift.
• Maintaining documents for ISO audits, calibration of equipment’s, reduce breakdown of Machine, maintaining machine History card.

• Handling utility maintenance such as Generator 250kva, ELGI compressor 30kw, chiller, cooling tower, APFC panel etc… also handling new projects of the machine installation for the shop floor.

• Work with limited supervision and maintain an atmosphere of cooperation among and between shifts, mold repair shop, quality control, and management to facilitate departmental goals.

• Ability to make sound judgments, Decision Making Skills, Multi-Task, Perform Under Pressure & meet the goals.

• Responsible for Energy Consumption activities Implementation in plant.
• Electrical & Mechanical (breakdown, preventives) maintenance injection molding & Blow Moulding.
• Responsible for electrical (Breakdown, preventive & Predicative) maintenance of conventional Medium & a heavy machine like Ultrasonic welding, Vibration welding, DC power supply unit, Metalizing & Oven etc.

• Verify correct set-up of molding, presses and auxiliary equipment before the machine starts up.
• Obtain mold approval at the appropriate time.
• Assist with the set-up and maintenance of auxiliary equipment, including granulators, conveyors, mold temperature controls, and mold electrical controls.

• Make minor repairs to machines and equipment and notify proper personnel of necessary major repairs.
• Assist Mold Attendants as time permits and help relieve other Molding Technicians for breaks and fills in during personnel shortages.

• Responsible and accountable for achieving adequate production levels, maintaining the expected product quality, and keeping the area clean and in order.

• Familiar with all the department's inspection procedures and standards.
• Responsible for the regular and periodic monitoring of product for acceptable quality to the most recent specification.

• Maintain records and prepare legible reports, including SPC reports, QC inspection reports, housekeeping checklists, mold cavity data sheets, production downtime reports, cycle time sheets and problem/corrective action logs, etc. accordance with departmental standards and Quality System Standards.

• Maintain records and prepare the reports of APQP,PPAP,MSA,MTBF,MTTR,MP sheets.
• Observe all safety and environmental procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Implementation of 5S, TPM, Quality Tools etc… Reduced Shop floor Accident & Machine Downtime

Documentation -

• Daily ISO-TS 16949 & OSHAS, MSES documentation for update & implementation.
• Daily process measurable.
• Every day check & verified ERP entry.
• Prepare & attend 8D & CAPA regards process loss & safety.
• Keep all the record verification ISO- TS 16949 AUDIT, ISO 14001 & 18001.MSES requirement (For EXTERNAL & INTERNAL AUDIT) purpose.

• Actively participated in auditing of ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001, and iso18001 & 5S.
• Undertaking regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest standards.

• Check all document update display proper way & proper place.

Project Management-

• Provide to support for new developments.
• Cost Analysis/benefits on the new projects.
• Recommending new projects, activities, automation to improve productivity, cost reduction Drive.
• Related to project discuss with CFT team.

Job Interface / Relationships - Internal / External –

• Production manager / PPC Team for intimating the Schedules & below MIL items, if any
• Purchase manager for Logistics requirements/ release of PO, if any
• Quality Managers or supervisor for necessary signatures.
• Logistic Supervisors for any quality complaint due to packing or transport.
• Supplier representative, in case of defect supplies.
• Customer representative, in case of complaints.
• Customers – Internal / External
• BD Team – For parts Rate or new development.
