Job Description:
DESIGNATION – Asst. Manager / Sr. Executive- Dispatch
Key Responsibilities- Dispatch (FG Stores / Warehouse) & Logistics
- Daily Review of Dispatch Plan v/s Adherence for All customers.
- Review of Schedule v/s Adherence for All customers once in three days.
- Ensuring No absolution for FIFO
- Daily Ensuring of 3days safety stock in FG against customer requirement
- Daily POD copies receipt and filing as per Invoice serial number.
- Taking daily review for the SPD requirement.
- Verification of Customer GRN number against our invoice details in every 3 days.
- ASN, PCS, Preparation against each invoice on daily basis review.
- Short receipt or excess receipt at customer end CAPA on daily basis register and review
- Daily customer mails reply as per their request and our commitment. (FG stock report with dispatch details sharing)
- Trolley maintenance review and adherence.
- Logistics, Bins, and Trolley tracking thru the system.
- QRM presentation sent to Management on Every month 5th.
- Manpower utilization and organization chart updating with roles and responsibilities.
- Reconciliation of Logistics on weekly basis.
- LPA at their own dept. to bridge the GAP.
- Window timing adherence to customers.
- Daily Sales report V/s Sales plan to be sent to senior mgmt.
- The daily closing of Logistics module thru the system.
- Transporter bills submission of 15days once in every month
- Rate updating as per amendment from BD.
- Warehouse stock management.
- Follow the guidelines as per ISO / TS & EMS / OHSAS Standards
- Customer Satisfaction Index – Maintaining SCM Customer Rating.
- Avoiding customer complaints due to Logistics Issues.
- ERP implementation.
Documentation -
- Daily ISO-TS 16949 & OSHAS, MSES documentation for update & implementation.
- Daily process measurable.
- Daily follow production plan vs. act.
- Every day check & verified ERP entry.
- Prepare & attend 8D & CAPA regards process loss & safety.
- Keep all the record verification ISO- TS 16949 AUDIT, ISO 14001 & 18001.MSES requirement
(For EXTERNAL & INTERNAL AUDIT) purpose.
- Actively participated in auditing of ISO-TS 16949, ISO 14001, and iso18001 & 5S.
- Undertaking regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, troubleshooting and reviews to ensure adherence to highest stand.
- Check all document update display proper way & proper place.
Project Management-
- Provide to support for new developments.
- Cost Analysis/benefits on the new projects.
- Recommending new projects, activities, automation to improve productivity, cost reduction Drive.
- Related to project discuss with CFT team. Job Interface / Relationships - Internal / External –
- Production manager / PPC Team for intimating the Schedules & below MIL items, if any
- Purchase manager for Logistics requirements/ release of PO, if any
- Quality Managers or supervisor for necessary signatures.
- Logistic Supervisors for any quality complaint due to packing or transport.
- Supplier representative, in case of defect supplies.
- Customer representative, in case of complaints.
- Customers – Internal / External
- BD Team – For parts Rate or new development.
